The Society of Palm Beach Gardens Historical Society presented a fascinating DVD presentation by renowned author and historian Richard J. Procyk titled, “Clashes of the Civilizations and the Rise of the Seminole Nation.” The program was followed by a discussion about the Seminole wars in Florida, hosted by Jack Islin, who is a member of the Loxahatchee River Preservationists.
